Psychotherapy is more than treatment. It is a sacred space where the mind, the heart, and the soul can find restoration.

I am an EMDR-certified psychotherapist with an international perspective shaped by Mediterranean values. Having lived and learned within cultures where faith, family, and tradition hold deep meaning, I understand how these roots continue to shape your inner world, even when life has brought you to new places and challenges.

If you’ve ever felt that American counseling overlooks what matters most to you, such as your faith, your cultural heritage, your way of seeing the world, then you are in the right place. Here, psychotherapy honors your story in its fullness. Healing begins with being understood.

Heroes

The heroes in my Hall of Fame

are just ordinary people without a name.

The Lady that wiped away my tears,

The man that calmed my imaginary fears.

You who helped me when I was down,

Your smiles that wiped away my frowns.

You that comforted a lonely child,

Who’s only feeling a hate so wild.

You that showed me a world of love and care,

Taught me how to live and how to share.

You all will be in my Hall of Fame,

Just Ordinary People without a name.

George Bernard Shaw

My Approach to Psychotherapy

My practice combines proven methods with deep respect for tradition.

EMDR Therapy

Healing does not always require words. EMDR Therapy allows the mind and body to release the weight of trauma in a natural way, restoring peace while honoring your cultural and spiritual identity.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship carries history, tradition, and hope; through Couples Therapy grounded in the Gottman Method, I help partners understand one another more deeply and rebuild connection with compassion and respect.

Catholic Counseling

Faith and psychology are not separate in my work. Catholic Counseling weaves the wisdom of the Church with the science of psychotherapy, guiding you toward healing that strengthens both soul and mind.

I provide psychotherapy exclusively for adults (18+) who are seeking meaningful transformation, not just surface-level change.

Healing Begins with Being Understood

A multicultural perspective that welcomes the traditions and values you bring.

For many who come to the United States, or who were raised in families with Mediterranean or other international roots, psychotherapy can feel distant from the way they see life. The values of family, tradition, and faith, even the way you think about possessions or daily routines, may not always be recognized or respected in all contexts.

In my practice, these differences are not overlooked. They are embraced as the very foundation of your story. My international background and ability to speak many languages allow me to connect with clients across cultures, helping you feel more at ease, more at home, and more deeply understood.

Here, psychotherapy is not about setting aside your heritage. It is about honoring it, integrating it, and discovering how your roots can be a source of strength and healing.

Here, psychotherapy is a respectful space to renew your strength, restore your peace, and step into life with clarity.

Choosing to begin psychotherapy is an act of courage and hope. In my practice, you will find more than techniques and credentials, you will find a space that honors your story and helps you carry it with greater ease. Grounded in proven methods such as EMDR, the Gottman Method, and hypnotherapy, my approach also respects the deeper dimensions of faith, tradition, and human dignity.

Whether you are seeking to heal from trauma, strengthen your relationships, or simply find a place to breathe and be restored, this is a space where lasting change can take root.

Psychotherapy is not about becoming someone new, but about remembering and reclaiming the wholeness that has always been within you.
